Just purchased, I am having issues with Arc_w_Front.mov not playing smoothly. It is leaving behind frames in the trails. How can I fix?
Hallo. Thank you for your purchase. You do not need to fix it. Arc_w_Front works this way it should work absolutely smoothly. The disappearance in its movement is due to the fact that at this moment the movement is covered by a logo.
I would not post if I did not have an issue. I use a mac platform and this may be causing problems with the streaks. It is leaving behind frames even after a render of the comp.

According to your preview, it is clearly visible that not only the video Arc_w_Front.mov is played incorrectly, but the entire movie. Each item is displayed incorrectly and the image is blinking. I sometimes observed similar errors in work. The reasons may be many. Video card, RAM, driver, and so on. Need to understand. Opened the project on mac especially for you. Everything works great. I always check the work so many times on different computers before putting the work, so there are extremely rare problems. This is confirmed by many buyers. Also Envato before loading check the project for errors. Deal with your computer and software. good luck

It seems that you don't have time for my issue so I wont waste my time either.And therefore you write here, but not mail?) Your messages look like a complaint to my project. I am always happy to help everyone who uses my projects) Many times I made videos for buyers for free, because they do not know how to use AE. They just asked me about it, and did not say that I have problems with the project. So how can i help you?

hi, i am getting a constant “cannot access font” error when loading the project file. this is actually only happening with that single file – so i guess its not an after effects/system error. do you maybe have an idea?

You can use any color (two-color, texture, etc) you like

Hi, I just bought this earlier there are few things missing
When I open the AE working file 2 messages appear.
1st Message: After Ecfects: this project must be converted from version 11.0 (Windows 64) The original file will be unchanged
2nd Message: After Effects Warning: 12 files are missing since you last saved this project.
Please help fix, ASAP
