You should make them in a video and go slower and explain. If you do this you will sell a lot of this project. I bought it, very confusing. I will try again, but please take care to make rock solid tutorials and I promise your pockets will have more cash in them!!!

I’m having an issue with the Connect Line staying with Point Two when parenting Point Two to a Null Object with embedded tracking data. Any advice or tutorials addressing this?

Even after renaming the index and adding other call outs, editing text stil updates the other callouts and is not independent. It seem to be linking somehow to the templates and once I edit one text 3-4 of them also get that edit in the master project
Hi! Before edit titles you need duplicate title comp in a project panel and replace it in a timeline.
I did that but still not working for me. any chance you can post a tutorial on how this works.. I tried 3 other ways last night with making duplicates and it doesn’t seem to work
When you scale the title and scale the connect line when using track motion the connect line breaks.. how can you fix that? it won’t track the circle once you scale it to match.

Thanks, I followed the tutorial step by step but it keeps making the callouts all change the same text on title when I edit them. It seems that 4-5 of the callouts in the project are connected to the same title. The only way around this was to edit a call out and then validate which callouts were not effected.. this limits the ability to use the same style of callout multiple times even after renaming the index.

Great Titles! I’m having some trouble with the Connect_Line in _Size_Lines when I try to use them in CC2017. When I move Null1 and Null2 to the positions I like (and lock them) the Connect_Line disappears. I see it when I 1st paste to my clip but not after I move the Null1 and Null2 position. Can you please help me with this? Also, there is no preview for the _Size_Lines. For example, when I go to Size_Line_1 I see only the boxes for Null1 and Null2, nothing else.

motion tracking is NOT working with this Call Outs. Please fix it because copy-paste of track points is soooo annoying! thanx!

I got your issue. Turn off expression on Position on Point One before apply tracking data.
Why no offset controls for Point Two? I am following your video tut on motion tracking and it works great for the end point of the line. When copying the tracking data to Point two there is a need to “offset” point two to stretch out the line but there are no controls for that. I tried adding offset FX to point two and they have no effect. I can manually adjust the anchor point of the title but then I have to do it for the line too etc etc. Is there an easier way? I want the entire call out to be the same size but follow my tracking point. Thanks

Getting frustrated Font is not working, I restarted AE but that didn’t help. Everytime I start AE (CS5) I get the message ‘The following layer dependencies are missing: Text Layer:Font family: ‘BebasNeueRegular’, Font style: ‘Regular’

I work on Mac, I double clicked all the fonts found in the download link you stated. What to do?….I restarted the computer too…
Double click font, then click on “Install” as I know.
did you install TTF version of the font?
archive contains two versions, .otf and .ttf

cannot change line color… i tried in the COLOR COSTUMIZE -> Effect controls. but the line color stays the same (white). holder and text color CAN be changed.

I got it. Select “Point_TWO_Control_[rename index]” for change color of the connect line and target

I’m new so forgive me, but the titles last too long for my intro. How do I make them end sooner? Without messing up the animation timing?
Hi! Just select Title layer, Target and Connect Line and animate Opacity from 100 to 0. Or pre-compose all call-outs layers (Title layer, Target, Connect Line, point One and Two) then apply any transition effect.
When I copy them and paste into my composition the control points turn into “Null1 and Null2” and their icons are invisible, which makes them impossible to move.

I have a null object that is tracked to the motion I want however I’m having difficulty in getting your connecting line and line target to track the motion.
