I’ve purchased the template and I’m a having an issue with the video descriptions. They are not showing properly. For some reason the letters are only partially showing.

Hi this was used in an older version of CS but I use CC. Is still compatible meaning is the file usable in the newer version?
Hi, are the scenes pre-rendered 3D scenes or are the made in AE so that I can easily change camera angles and length of clips etc… ??

hi , no its not prerendered element its Ball Action with some fractal noise applied but its the same element for all of the compositions and if you want to modify it in each scene you have to duplicate it several times first. But yes you can placec your text there

Hi Milzee, well you can do that but if you own VC Optical Flares because the prerendered version is that long as in the preview. You can dublicate some of the scenes and MediaHolders and you can do that. There are some basic AE skills required. Ifyou have troubels I offer customization. regards alex
