I’m having problem opening this project. When I open it, it has to ‘Convert from Mac’ then it loads and freezes at 97% and After Effects stop responding.

I’m on Windows 10.

Hi! It seems that I cannot modify any character in the Pixity Land toolkit on Adobe After Effects CC 2018 (version 15.0.1). Changing any item’s style in the control panel does not change what the adult character wears at all. I’ve tried opening the CS version instead of the newer one, but I cannot seem to successfully change anything on the characters. Is it fixable? I thought it might be the project that was corrupted, but deleting the AE project and reinstalling it did not fix the issue.

hi, I cannot seem to get it to work, im using a 27 inch imac late 2015 16 gb ram..the screen is just black and I cannot see the charaters etc

Hi, I am just working with your template and I have an issue with the camera zoom. Normally it is no problem to zoom in, but when I change the face expressions, the character does not react as a 3D Object anymore. Are you aware of this problem?

Hello, we bought the Pixity Land Characters Animation Explainer Toolkit but when we tried to work with it we couldn’t. Every time we tried to open it our MacBook would freeze. So we couldn’t work with it properly. We are using After Effects CC 2017 and our MacBook is a 15 inch Retina MacBook Pro from 2013 using the OSX El Capitan operating system.

Would be great if you could help us to fix this problem because we really like to work with it.

As you may know, culturally Santa here is not as big as The Three Magic Kings. Would it be possible to add some material having that in mind and how much would that be?
