Hi, I’ve just purchased this and I can’t make it work properly (AE CC 2014). When opening the file, I get alert boxes saying it can’t find various effects (grad_red_2, elements_dots …) Could it be an issue because different AE language (french version) ? Thanks.

Hello! We have not encountered this problem, but probably the problem is in your render settings. We can advise you to render the video from the After Effects without compression (in the *.avi format), and then convert the resulting file to the format you need (for example *.mp4).
