Hello! I have the same problem, I downloaded the template opened it as directed in the help file and after 2 seconds, the template goes white. I’m getting an error that says “Form Effect Missing”. The File is not working with AE CC 17 and Trapcode 3 i have megrate it. The Problem is in Layer 9 Form Position I do not know how I can fix this please update the project file so that it works.

Hello! This project is required Form plugin, as it said in project description. Without this plugint project doesn’t works 
So, only thing can i help you is render your logo. Send me it on b33@ukr.net and i will do it.
