Hello. The project works fine. The problem is in your program. Perhaps it is installed with errors, perhaps plugins are installed that interfere with the correct operation of your program. Or perhaps you imported corrupted files into the project. Try to update your Aftrer Effects. It’s hard to tell what’s wrong with your program. You need to determine this yourself. Can i change the text once I download it or would I have to use Final cut? Final cut is the program I am using.
Hello :^) This is an After Effects project. The project can not be customized in Final Cut, only in After Effects. After that, you can export the project in a video that you can use in any program
Why your file take too long to render for 10s clip comparing to other? it taking 2 hours to render. BTW, your file setup is weird. Dont answer that maybe because of my desktop, it is gaming. I render alot of clip, longer than your, but it s fast

The project has a complex structure: camera movement, many 3D layers in which there are many graphic animated elements. All this makes the project heavy, so rendering may take some time. Although 2 hours is a bit lot. Maybe you do not have enough RAM on your PC, or the computer was busy with other tasks when you rendered, etc. If you need to rendered again, I can do this for you on my computer, just let me know

Hello. It’s an After Effects project. You can’t open it in Premiere Pro. After Effects projects work only in After Effects. So just use After Effects. You can find video tutorial inside the ZIP file, to understand how to do that. Also there are some ready-made animated elements (buttons, lower thirds, transitions) which you can use in any program you want
whole reason why i bought this is because it said you can open up with other softwares, i tried screenflow which is my go to editing software. doesnt work! and i tried final cut pro as listed doesnt work
This is an After Effects project. It can only be opened in the After Effects program. The description indicates that together with the project you get a set of ready-made elements (buttons, lower thirds, transitions) that can be opened in any program. You can find them in the “bonus” folder. If these elements don’t open in your program, try installing or updating your QuickTime player.

Hello, I just purchased this and the Like and Subscribe buttons are not working. When I started the project up it told me that 17 elements were missing. When I go to the like and subscribe buttons under the project, all I see is a multicolored screen. When I open up the bonus folder and try to play the .MOV file, I get an error of a missing codec as the format is not supported.

Looks like you have no QuickTime player on your computer. Or your QuickTime player i s not updated. Please try to install/update it. The presence of the QuickTime player is a prerequisite for the correct operation of Adobe programs.
Not great for mac users. Slow render and converts badly
Dear I made my own intro with your template and imported it to my Premiere CC project. However, the intro’s edge was cut and I could not see the whole video. It also happened when I made a mp4 file with it and imported in the project.

Video time-length is 13 seconds. Are you sure that you hadn’t moved the «work area end» marker in the «RENDER» composition, before you rendered it? Just move this marker to the needful place to change the time-length.
It was not the problem with the length but the screen. I got a good file with full screen and also length but after combining my Premiere project with the file (or the After Effect project file i made with yours) the screen was magnified and I could not see the edge of the full screen but middle of parts
What the resolution was in the reader panel? Maybe it was different then 1920×1080. Can you show a screenshot?
This ukrainian guy throws strikes, even if you have a license, I do not recommend working with it. I have two licenses, 2018 and 2017, but this guy still insists that I have one license and I’m violating the law.
Total lies. First license (has been bought by other user) was used several times for several differents youtube channel. Regular license can be used only by one user. So it was used illegal. Second license has been bought after strikes (yesterday)
There was a little conflict, but now it is settled, this product is very good and therefore recommend to buy!

Hello mate! I see that the author of the music track has updated this track 27 April 2018. Maybe he changed something. But I downloaded new preview of the track and compared it to the old one. They are identical.

Hello! Standard license assumes that you can use this in every video on your YouTube channel. I mean 1 final rendered video of ntro, lowerdthirds, buttons, transitions. You can use it as many times as you want. But if you want to make another video with this project (for another YouTube channel, or with another content inside), you need to purchase the project by the extended license, or one more standard license for every new video. So yes. You can use it many times in your Youtube Channel with standard license.
