Hi i love this, purchased and already made a video intro with my logo. I have a question – is it possible to have the animation but with a transparent background? i tried playing with is in AE but nothing works…

Hello I tried to put my logo but the texture of the logo stays white, no “bump material” appears. Why? Is it because I use the newest Version of AE and the programming is older? (There are some errors when opening the project).
