I downloaded this from Envato Elements. Its saying I’m missing an effect called “particular”....Is that plug in required for this to work properly?

Hello, bought some of your other work and I’ve love them. Great work. I purchased this one, but I’m having a problem. It fails during encoding after about 25 minutes. I checked other files and they render fine. Any advise, I’d hate to purchase it and not be able to use it.
