Hello, I just bought this project, but why when I opened the project file (after copied the 3D folder into Models), all the mountains/grand canyon looks very bright and and like water color type, it doesn’t look like real satellite footage anymore? can you please help?
Hi and thank you It s probably a litle bug from E3D You have just to open the setup E3D and close it. Let me know….
I opened the setup E3D, the mountains looks normal inside the monitor of E3D, but once I closed it, After Effects will show me “Your video card doesn’t support the selected configuration, please reduce the layer size.” Once I click OK button, my scenes/mountains all back to very bright and water color type again on AE. I have 2 computers, one with Radeon RX580 Series and another one with GeForce RTX 2060 graphic cards, both computers also facing the same problems.
Did you tryed to update your graphic card ? this could be resolve your problem. I sent you an emeil to help you online, let me know….
Both my computers graphic cards are up to date. By the way, I noticed, each time I try to open the setup E3D and close it, not only it will show me “Your video card doesn’t support the selected configuration, please reduce the layer size.”, the mountains & backgrounds have became even much more brighter than before…..once I closed the setup E3D.
Hi, after many many times attempt to open and close the setup E3D, it finally work! Appreciate your help along the way. By the way, I also bought the Realistic Mountain 3d Package at the same time, but I didn’t face any problems with that project file.

Just purchased..The video is all dark…can make out mountains etc but everything looks dark including helicopter.

Try just to open the Element 3d Setup from the layer and close it. Sometimes we need to do this to relink the files, let me know

I only see black and white screens when i open the template. It has to be converted to a newer version since I am using CC 2018. Can you explain how I correct this?
