This had so much promise, but very little was delivered. The previews DO NOT MATCH what’s in the download folder. I can’t change/edit the duration of the titles and some don’t have an out transition. They motion onto the screen, and then just cut out without transitioning out like they do in the preview. ONE STAR.

How can i enlarge the width of the text box within Premiere Pro. I’m limited to the number of characters.

Can you make text box masks wider so it fits more letters. Half the time I try to use titles (and I’m not talking crazy long names either), it’s too long to put in there. Simple design fix. Tnx! And please don’t tell me to do the work around, it’s a simple fix on your end that will save everyone a lot of frustration.

What a gruesome and tedious way to customize the fonts. If I had known this beforehand I would never have bought this.

Also it’s very annoying that I’m limited to a maximum of characters. Longer (sur)names don’t fit! I feel seriously tricked

You need to remove the “fully customisable” in the product description, as it clearly isnt. Not being able to chnage the font inside Graphic Elements makes it pretty much useless.

These lower thirds look fantastic – I love them. However, they are only usable within the character limit of the demo files. Long names quickly become unusable with these lower thirds, unless you have After Effects knowledge to adapt the original files. I believe this should be made clear on the description of the item, as it lowers the flexibility of the templates considerably. To conclude, they’re great, but I can rarely use them in projects because of the character limit.

I’m another customer who also quickly ran into the issue of a character limit. I’ve tried tons of the transitions and longer names get cut off . I’m not pasting a paragraph or anything. Now I have to abbreviate their last name. A fix or workaround for longer names would be greatly appreciated.

These templates are REALLY minimally useful if they do not adjust to the amount of characters that you are using. You’re pretty much only going to be able to use them if you name happens to have the same amount of layers as the default text.

Do you deliver the After Effects file? Or could I open the After Effects file to edit there?

Dude you didnt specify that you need cc 2017 or higher!! I am running 2014. i put it where you told me , yet had to create the folder essential graphics. Are you telling me that i have paid good money and it wont work? I specifically chose your one because it didnt say you definietly had to have cc17 or above. i didnt purchase other because they did specify this quite clearly. can i have my money back if it doesnt work or can you show me a fix? not happy.

hello. I just purchased and tried to install… no joy. I copied the files into the EG folder but they are not being shown. I also tried just double clicking on a few of the files and Adobe attempts to import but then says file format is not supported. Any idea whats up?
