Your welcome Socasul! Most HTML5 video is basically mp4 video or the H.264 codec from my understanding. It is a very good compressed format. We use it as a broadcast format as well, to replace the aging mpg2 file format. Good luck, hope it all works out. My background is in TV broadcast so my knowledge of HTML5 video is limited, however Adobe Media Encoder should be able to encode the video into the HTML5 video that you need. There’s plenty of tutorials that you can google which should help.

As far as how big the final encoded clip will be, there are several video compression calculators websites and apps that you can plug in the codec and resolution/size, so that it will estimate the final file size. Here’s an example:

Hello! I’m thinking to buy at least two of your beautiful videos, but I don’t know much about compression and export. I want to use them as background of a video slider. So maybe you can help me with two questions before I will make the purchase: 1. Which software should I use for best export and compression for a HTML5 version of these videos. Dose it’s possible to export them as HTML5? 2. Most important: how big they will become or more precisely: can you make a prediction about the size after compression. (worst or best case scenario).
