I see 1 year ago you said you’d update these files to be able to change the fonts, but I do not see that option. Are you ever going to do that? As well as make things like the tracking/kerning adjustable?

We added a lot of effort to this template, and we achieved to create a handy kit for callouts.
Mind that this template is also available to Envato Elements. I f you have a subscription, you can download it without any extra charge.

I know, I should have read the comments thoroughly before my purchase, as there is no possibility to change the font inside Premiere. This makes the Motion Graphics Templates unusable because it creates too many unnecessary steps to the workflow. Hi, I am using your wonderful call-outs library for premiere and all is working great. The only problem I have is animating the elements. My call-out is appearing on a scene where a car is moving. All I would like to do, is to have the second element, with the text, holding still, while the first element follows the car. I was trying to do that manually, but there is no way to insert keyframes in the essential graphics panel. Have you got any suggestions?
Hi there, thank you for your kind words. That’s true you can’t have keyframes, but I solved this with nest comp. You could create a nest on the elements that you need to be animated. If you don’t know how to do it let me know and I will send you a video tutorial for that, free. Best regards.
Any plans to update mogrt files so that we can change fonts to whatever we want in CC 2019 and so that the mogrt files are optimized for CC 2019?

Hi there, thanks for the purchase! Sorry about that. This happens because you are using another language of Premiere Pro. I have 2 solutions for you! First one is to give you for free the After Effects version of this and the other one is to update this item tomorrow and make it works for any language! Let me know. Regards

Hey! I have a problem with the call out elements. When I put the element in the timeline, I can change the points. But the line are not on the right position. When I drop the single-line version in the timeline, there are two line, but not together. The line are in different positions. I hope you understand what I mean.

impossible to install, Adobe Premier crashes and forces the reboot of the application
Hi there, thanks for the purchase. This is a common error of adobe premiere. Please update the Adobe Premiere Pro to the latest update . You have to do it from Adobe Creative Could app. Let me know if that helps. Regards.
Premiere crashes when I drop the imported files from the essential graphics panel into the timeline. I bought it but I can’t use it! 
“Sorry, a serious error has occurred that requires Adobe Premiere Pro CC to shut down. We will attempt to save your current project.”
This doesn’t happen with other MOTGR files and templates.
Please help!
