Hi, I really like this job but I have not managed to increase the duration time on the screen. For example, how can I increase from 4 seconds to 10 seconds or more in duration of the animation? Can you help me please, thank you.

I just purchased this and received an error message: The file you are attempting to open was created with AE version 11.0 ( any chance I can get a version for Adobe After Effects CS5.5)? Really looking forward to using this for our video.

I found the color pallette, but I’m finding this template VERY restrictive in terms of customizing to what I need. I wish Video Hive would allow us to download water marked samples before a purchase. I regret this purchase very much.

Doesn’t open for me. Says “file was created with After Effects version 12.0 (Windows 64).” I have a Mac running CS6. Never had this problem before. Can you make it compatible for Mac CS6?
