I just purchased your file. I followed the tutorial and see the 3d elements in Element, but when I get out of Element, the glassy globe and the other 3d elements don’t show up. Also, I want to place videos instead of photos to the placeholders. I hope there are ways to do this? Can you help?
Status updates: I managed to get it to work and I successfully swapped a video with the photo placeholder. Now, one thing I can’t figure out: On my video, I am using a green screen. I would like the green area to be transparent. However, I keep on getting a black background instead of a see-through background. Could anyone give me some hint about resolving this problem? Thanks.
