Awesome project! I wish you more sales! 
Trying to use this on AE CC 2018, but there’s a kind of shadow which keeps popping in over the main part of the image which is making the whole thing unusable! I’ve tried it with your sample logo as well as my own – no difference.
Is this something you can help me fix, please?

You might be referring to the reflection that is on the logo, you can shut that off in the controls layer by setting the parameter “Reflection on Logo Opacity” to 0. (see Section 3 in the pdf tutorial for explanation of these controls).

Great design. However the result seem to generate some criss crossing over the logo once it’s completed at the end. Is there any want to get the final image without the shadowing?

Just read the comment again and I think I know what you mean, try turning the “Logo Reflection Opacity” to 0 in the Controls Layer in the Output composition.
