Hi. Happy with product. BUT : Posted the Video on my fb page today, got the info the video rights belong to a Business called 4 digital in Mexico. FB put a link to that Business, i had to write, posted my License, let s see what happens. Weird.

Hey, Steve. Great theme. I am having a little problem rendering it and not sure if is my AE. Stops at frame 734, when the dude comes down and is ready to pull the string for the sparks. I cannot pass it beyond that point. Any ideas?

Hi, beautiful template. I was just wondering, is it possible to replace the tree with another image completely?

In fact, yes, there’s a placeholder composition for the trees. You can replace the tree with your own shape or image as long as you have a shape that fits about the same dimensions (about 800×1000 pixels)

Hello and thank you for your interest! I’m afraid no, there is no option for that, but of course reindeers are in separate layers (shapes) so one could hide them and replace them by another element. But this will require some more advanced AftersEffects skills

Yes you can purchase and download the file, if you can work with layers. You can hide the ones not in need and replace with your own. Remember to push the “shy” button so all layers will be visible and also any layer you add make it 3d (click the box icon) so it can follow with the camera. Let me know if you will need more help!

I purchased this file last year around this time. The updated file you mention to download does not show in my Downloads page. Envato Support, says if the file is not showing, it has been removed by the creator.

Hey! You are already in the items comments! So it’s here! No, I never removed it! Just go to your account/downloads section and click the download button next to the project. Or, I believe another workaround is to go to the items page http://videohive.net/item/inkman-presents-xmas-new-years-greetings-ae/135117 where you will find a text over the price saying that you already purchased the item and click a link to re-download. Hello Steve, I bought your new e-marketing inkman template and would like to buy this template for an online Christmas message.
Thing is, inkman looks different in this template – no bevel + head and body are the same colour.
Before purchasing, are these options (bevel + customisable head colour) included in this template? Or will there be an update?

You are right! Inkman is not color customizable in this template, but soon (next week I hope) there will be an update, with these options available too.

Yes, there is a price increase, but it’s not my decision, it’s a recent Videohive’s policy to raise all new and existing After Effects projects category prices (including this one.
