Hello Keven, sorry about that. You should have gotten our auto email – auto response that we are on vacation from 12th to 28th. So will be back on 28th-29th.
Well the problem is that instead of contacting via email you are commenting on item. Support is given via email form, profile page. And auto response works on email and not comments.
While hiking and going to places without internet it is very hard to notice comments.
Yes, you need to simply edit composition settings – composition resolution. You need to do that with all logo precomps as well.

Any way to increase the size of “Your Title 2”? My logo looks to small, but when I increase the size it cuts the top and bottom. SO how can I increase the view-able size?

Alright after some Google searching I found it. The Composition area needs to be resized. So on a Mac press cmd+k; ctrl+k on a windows.

can I change the eye color??
Hello, well the footage eye color is blue but it is possible to easily change it. But anyway the animation zooms into the eye becoming a space. So that color change from i.e. green or red eye would be a bit out of logic wouldnt it?

I would like to use this logo in my videos, so, I don’t understand the license.. My question is: if I buy this intro, with Regular License $17, may I use it in all my YouTube videos or only in one video, once?
You can use in all your videos as long as those video are free to watch. And as long as its one version of render out. In example if you make a video with one logo or title and use that for few months and then want to change it to another one with different title or logo – you need two separate licenses.
Regular license works in a “painting frame” type of way. Each painting has to have its own frame. If you want another painting you need a new frame – new license.
I don’t understand you completely; let’s make it simple: I want one identical intro, of course with YouTube logo and my channel name to be intro for all my future videos, with no changes at all. So, every of my videos will have completely the same intro!
Yes, so you can use same one purchased license for all those identical introes.

Yes I do. I have been reading through several forums with no success yet as to why this error is prevalent with a lot of users..
Try setting your default player for .mov files to QuickTime. (Mine was set to Windows Media Player)
1. Right click on one of the mov files you are having a problem opening in AE.
2. Select the “Open with” and select “Choose default program…” at the bottom.
3. Select Quick Time. (Make sure the “Always use the selected program to open this kind of file” box is checked.)
4. Reboot your computer. Open AE and see if it works.
Also some antivirus programs may stop communication between AE and Quicktime. We don’t recommend windows 10 for working environment . Its too bugy and too annoying.
Windows 10 wasnt the problem, it was Ae 2015. Installed 2014 and I have no issues. Thank you again!

I want to apologize… after carefully reviewing the promo video I noticed that the black silhouette is present there too. Sorry for the confusion.
Dear cyzer, i actually got AE CS6 based on a Mac Yosemite OS, Got 2 issues, first when i open file comments that there´s 12 missing files scince i saved the proyect, but it´s first time that i opened, the second one is when i play a pre render theres colored strips on animation, i think is cause theres some missing files. i will apreciatte your help. This missing files problem occurs if you are moving files outise the folder in witch they were originaly saved. To move project from one hard to another or from one pc to another you need to collect the project not juat copy paste it. If you edit folders name or change file names inside the project folder the adobe ae might not be able to find the files as the names has been changes or files missplaced.
And as for the colored stripes and strips – it appears if you are trying to use a demo version of after effects. In some projects demo versions are enough and in others you need to have full version of ae.
i’m new to AE. could this be file be edit? like say i wanted to add an effect to the first few frames (the eye), or insert another sequence?

its actualy easiest way to create a empty txt (ae_force_english.txt) file inside your my documents folder, then delete it when you finished.
Hi,
i agree on the fact that the project is nice but unfortunately it is not ready for international use. Immediately after the file is opened a bunch of error messages appears and all affected effects (color correction and others) are identified as unknown and therefore gets disbabled.
I would be very thankful for help in this regard, my AE version is CS6, 11.0.3.6 and the language is german.
Iam pretty sure that this is just an OS or AE language related problem, but unfortunately i can`t solve it on my own,

Ok, its actualy very easy to change the language i will post you the exact steps when i am back to my pc. In an hour. Its realy easy, and you will be able to use the project without any problems.
