Sorry for late answer but as we’ve checked the only way to remove the background is to use AE version and then export the project to mogrt if you need in Premiere , you can purchase our other package which contains both Premiere and AE and we will your current license if you need that transparent background that much.

I just bought your product but still don’t know to install it. FYI I’m using MacBook air. My software is Premiere cc2017 because you mention early it can be use with Premiere cc2017 and above but when I install it stated there for cc2018. Any suggestion to overcome this problem?

I’m trying to install the typoking motion graphic templates in the folder following the directions for mac, but that route isn’t available. I am unable to install the templates.
Hello there if you are using Premiere 2018 the path would be user/”your name”/Library/Application Support/ Adobe/Common/Essential Graphics but if you are using older version the path would be user/”your name”/Library/Application Support/ Adobe/Common/Motion Graphics Templates , please create the folder if it does not exist and move the items there.

Hello there , Sorry for late answer , as we’ve checked the Minimal V item is available but due to technical restriction Motion Shape and Text Message item are not available on Premiere version which we remove them from our presentation too.

Hi, I just purchased this pack and didn’t see that you had a version with 500 titles. Can I upgrade to that version at all?
I’m trying to edit the font on “Minimal Title IV – 20” and it won’t allow me to change it. Also, I have tried to use other titles but they automatically resize the text to the wrong size which looks horrible. Can you please help? Thank you

I meant: why don’t you include ALL the typefaces used in the presests with the download? It’s a lot of work to download typaces one by one since the Adobe TypeKit does not sync all of them
Hello there , unfortunately that issue happens because latest update of google font and AE which prevent us from sync all font in one place , we are working on this matter and surely it will get resolved in our future update.

I just purchased this pack to run with premier pro cc on an HP with windows 10. The folder path that is outlined in the instruction is not working. There is no “essential graphics” folder that I can find with my PPcc. are these instructions out of date? Is there some other way I am to install this pack into my CC without doing it file by file?

I figured it out… however, it was in the motion graphics templates folder not the essential graphics folder. Also… some of the graphics are working fine while I’m putting them in sequence and editing, but then when I playback they are in another language. whats the solution?
