Hi, this template looks amazing and I would love to purchase but I have two questions.
1) It says that “Use, by you or one client, in a single end product which end users are not charged for” does this mean I can only use on one project and I have to buy another license for another video I make?
2) I dont know much about after effects, is this easy to import and edit? Do you offer step by step instructions?

The videos I would make are for my client, but I wouldnt give them the Template, just the video for their real estate property. Does that make sense? Would I still need the Extended License?

After import the project files. I got this pop up “This project must be converted from version 10.0.2 (windows 64) and will open as an untitled project. The original file will be unchanged.”
