I am very new to using the After Effects program. Your tutoral for this project was very useful and your instructions were clear and easy to follow. I have used tutorals for other projects and it seems they assume you have a lot of experience and they are hard to follow. I will bookmark you for future use and I look forward to checking out your other works.

Thank you very much for the kind words.I am glad you like the tutorials.I am trying to show everything with all details because,sometimes the client need this project edited and ready on the next day.And if he doesn’t understand something from the tutorial,he will need to ask the author,he can answer him after one,two but sometimes up to a week,because we are not 24/7 in VH and we also have custom projects,social lives,family!Also if it’s someone like me,with more than 100 templates,just can’t handle all these things. There is our personal live,our custom projects,taking care about our websites,making templates,answering to 40,50 sometimes much more emails for support which sometimes took hours,promoting our self through our social networks accounts etc… As you can see,i am answering you this time 4 days after your comment because i didn’t have even one free minute the last days because of a personal problems like everybody have from time to time! Usually in 80% of the cases i answer to all emails about support or anything in 24 hours maximum.Sometimes in one hour,10 hours,2 days,3 days or in the worst case 4 days like now,but the normal time frame is 24 hours.I am just doing my best to give the best support i can.Many times i do Skype chats,calls and even screen-share until i fix the buyer’s problem!I am answering to the buyers emails even when i am outside from my smartphone!

The thing is that just some very small part of all satisfied buyers with their ready videos are coming back in the comments section to say at least something like:”Thanks for support” or “I got answer to my question,thanks” or ” The author fix my template” or just “Thanks”

There are so many different support questions from buyers that i am getting every day and sometimes they are really like 50 and more just from VideoHive! But most of the time in the comments section of my items is exactly the opposite situation and i need to write this every time when somebody complain that there is no answer to his questions and that the author doesn’t answer!It’s happen in most of my items! Many buyers purchase the templates without reading the Item Details Page first,where we write that: “FOR ANY SUPPORT,PLEASE CONTACT ME THROUGH MY PROFILE PAGE AND WE’LL GET BACK TO YOU” And when few buyers write their questions in the comments section, after that they write one after other that they can’t contact the author and there is no support from the author,the result unfortunately is this: THE POTENTIAL BUYERS ARE READING THIS,THINK THAT THERE IS NO SUPPORT AND WE ARE LOOSING MANY SALES BECAUSE OF THIS! We are giving support to the buyers via email through the Profile Page,not in the comments page,we can’t check all our items,few times per day and that is why every author have place to send him message!

With all that,i want to tel everyone that,there is pretty quick support for all my items and there wasn’t even one buyer for the last four years who contact me for any help or any question and after that to leave without being fixed and satisfied from the support.All that,i do free,even though in the Videohive Wiki write that we,the authors,are not obliged to give support because our standards are very high about making the Templates as easy to edit as they can.I do provide enough info about each of my items and step by step Video Tutorial with voice included as well for every Project!I have respect to all my buyers and that is why i never charge for any help,even the Envato say clearly about that here:

Even though this issue will continue but just in case i will post this to all my items with hope that in further,there will be less buyers who post and complain about missing support in the comments section of my Templates when in the same time probably i am giving support to some other buyer who contacted me through my Profile Page.But i hope this will help us at least a little to both:Me-The Author and You-The Buyer,so we can be more productive and save valuable time when we communicate in the right way!

I want to thank to all my buyers and followers who are supporting me in the last years,especially the regular ones,who know very well how i provide support.Doesn’t matter what time is,how much time will take me.Sometimes the customer can’t explain me what is exactly the problem or the edit he want to do and many times i am taking the buyer’s project and i spend quality time,working on his edits and issues on my personal computer absolutelly free,even though i have rates for such services!

To all current and further buyers! Please be sure to read the Item Details page before you purchase the Project.That way you will be sure you have all to edit the Template you are about to purchase. And if you need any help,questions or you have problems with your Project,please write me a message through my profile page.That way i will be able to get your email,contact you,fix your problem via Email,Skype,Phone,TeamViewer or whatever way.

After we fix your issue and everything is ok,i will very much appreciate,if you come back to the Comments Page of the Template and write just a simple thing like: “Thanks for the support” or just something,so the further buyers know that there is non-stop support for all my items!
