Yes, of course, you can make a refund through the service envato, but, I’m sure that the project works fine on any version Ae. The project has been tested on all versions.

Hi, for this project needed Element 3D V2!
I can’t make it work!!! I opened and it told i should get Element 3d plug in, so I downloaded V2 and opened again the file, but it says there are textures and material missing!! What should I do?
Plus, in the archive there is only the 3D editable!
Hello mark106, before opening of the project, you need to unzip the folder, and then open the project! The project has a control layer, which can be switched to 3D mode and flat. Please download the file to the project again, perhaps when you opened it without a plugin “element 3d”, it had been saved incorrectly.
I downloaded again as you told, now with element 3D v2, but it still shows me that message of missing textures, and some other messages… I don’t know, but maybe is this that’s making impossible to make the logo 3D. Can you help me?
