i bought this template along with music called Banjo Funk on march 17th but after uploading with and without music the video got flagged by youtube. It took all my day to create video. both template and music are trouble files. please refund the template i bought from you. why do you add copyrighted materials in your template for crying outload?you guys must stop doing that. you should know better. youtube is run by bots and no human support would sort out the license issue. other social media sites are run by bots too. when you sell a copyrighted material, it affect the account negatively. please refund.

Hey Alex! I have a slight problem, on shot_04 Text_04_here (saloon doors) do not render text and logo. they are visible visible in workspace in composition, but after render text and logo are not visible on doors on exported video.

I managed to sort it out. It appears 5.5 version after conversion to sub one has issue with that scene, but i was able to use 5.0 converted version of project.
I encoutered other issue – same as someone before with copyrighted bottle. I sent email i will appreciate if you could send me bottle without markings.

Hey Alex! Seems there are huge Problems in the positioning of the ciustom layers in the 3D Surroundings – e.g. the two image frames on the top floor – if I put images there, they look terrible as they do not move exactly like the rest of the scene and there are white lines flickering, when the images get out of focus… that runs all over the place…. any idea how I can get this sorted out and not flickering / mispositioning?

Hi Alex, Love your template but unfortunately I am asking for a full refund as your image of the bottle is flagging a copyright claim that took down this video. Apparently you used an exact copy of the Jack Daniels bottle which NMC United Entertainment in Israel has flagged as copyrighted material.

Hi Alex, Actually you did as the lines around the top, bottom and sides of the Jack Daniels bottle were taken directly from the Jack Daniels bottle!
So instead of a refund as I love your template, how about creating a different bottle and sending me a revised template. Even though I can’t charge the client to re-create their video which will take some time, I’d be happy to do it with a replaced bottle.

Hello, you can find all files with archive. Just replace one of them and all other 25 files will be replaced automatically.
Alex. Great template. I do have one problem though – the elephant stills appears on the wall on the second floor when the Control option is set to off.
Hello, just checked. All is fine. Did you have any expressions errors when you open project? Whatever it was, you can turn off it manually. Go in composition Final_Render/Western titres/SHOT_04 and select layers “SHOT_04_New” then click “u” and remove expressions that you will see. After that check that opacity on these layers were on 100%

Following up on the issue that MediaBLITZKC was having with the Wanted poster(s) I was having the same problem but when I follow your instructions the WANTED and the ESCOBAR text is fading out. Suggestions?
Go to the composition Final_Render/Western Titres/SHOT_04/Placeholder_06 Than select layer “Dirt_01” and remove it. After that you can change color of your text in this scene as you want. But if you want some other colors, you also need to go in composition Final_Render/Western Titres/SHOT_04, select layer Placeholder_06 and remove effect “tint” on the Effects panel.

I used no additional video, and the photos were from elements, apart from two, which were from a (supposedly) public domain source, so I’ll wait and see what the claiment says.Thanks.
It says that the claiment is YT Rocket
So you need to write to this YT Rocket and say that it is some misstakes, and maybe they will refuse they claim. But i’m not sure what you shoud do exactly. i can give some source files which will proof that it is my own design, if it need.

Now you can turn ON/OFF the car on the street and elephant’s trophy on the second floor.
