Hi, If i purchase your this product, will i able to compose/create audio voice script in this product ? Or do i need any other software for create audio voice ?
Hi, This template is an After Effects project file. Of course, it can’t create audio. The user must create audio (mp3, wav) through direct recording or voice actors and import it into this project.
Hi posted a note on the Cathy presentation pack, both Cathy and Amy wont load in AE 2019 update (both worked previously) but something is making them crash you can load them with caps lock on and then turn on layers until it crashes or it just crashes on load. I could access the colouring part but it was only working on one eye and hair and then crashing
Please re-download this project and check again. In the meantime, there have been several updates. If you still have a problem,

thanks for the quick reply i redownloaded yesterday to work out what would be the best fit for client or if there were any new features etc (we own one licence of Amy and Cathy each and would just buy another if needed)
no still crashing, starts with the colour not working on whole character and then an error pops up but all glitched so you cannot read it an then it crashes.
I wish further promotion and more sales!

It seem the company I work for as band the use of QuickTime so if the is no alternative I will have to scrape it
I am trying to import my file into Captivate but it needs to be transparent. I have tried to output it and i don’t have the option to get a Video Code of PNG. I tried both avi and Quicktime but I still get the black background. I saved the video codec to animate for Quicktime with RGB+Alpha, and AVI RGB+Alphar and it only gives me the option Video Codec to None. Is there a step i a missing to reosolve this issue?
To check if your saved video has an alpha channel, first open it in After Effects. (Do not forget to check the transparency grid button in the AE) If the background is still black, please reply again. by my email.

I found it difficult to synchronize my slides with the presenter (Amy) when the presentation and AMY are in two different projects. I made a workaround by importing AMY project into my presentation project. It work perfect as I expected except for lips layer ON/OFF. lips is not in sync with the speech although I carefully adjusted the On & Off of the lips.
Any idea if lips formula referring to some variable that i need to adjust? let me know if you need additional information.

Lip synch supports another language? Portuguese for example ?
Lip sync is controlled by 2 channels. Moving the mouth and not moving. So any language is applicable.

In an update 6 months ago, the sitting module was dropped as 2 versions of the outfit were added, and also right and left pointing modules were added.

This template is only available in Videohive. If you want to use it for another order, you can buy it again. The eyelashes had a problem with color representation and were changed as now.

Yes, I know we need to purchase it for every use, which is well worth it. Regarding the eye lashes, you know they can be one color. We women use mascara which make our eyelashes dark brown or black, so you don’t need to have them change with the hair. I am a blond and use a dark color for my eyelashes, it looks great. But, your product is excellent.

Is there a way to have poses in a pre-comp and still control from mouth on -off layer in main composition?
[Mouth on-off] layer must be on the main comp(or your comp at work).
After pre-composition the poses, copy [Mouth on-off] layer and paste them into the main comp. You can delete any keyframes in the [Mouth on-off] layer pasted.
