I found the same problem with the corrupt files. Tried several things but finally was able to convert them using Compressor. Works fine now.

I purchased this item, but when I try to open the COMING up portion I get a warning saying COMING UP.MOV cannot be imported becaue the file is damaged or unsupported. I also get a warning saying that it is missing an element Optical Flares.” Please advise as COMING UP is the only part that I need. Thanks

Hello – Yes, I re downloaded but get the same error. Yes, I have Quicktime as well. I dont have the Optical Flares plug in, so I dont know where to get that. But I will try to find it. But still keep getting the same error even after re-downloading. Thanks

I have quick time installed and on a Mac and the footage files still show up as “corrupted”.
ok,Please check the file size and it shows 986MB.otherwise please go to download page ..download the project again.some times have internet disconneted problems.
My file size says 1.04 GB. I’ve downloaded the file again and they still say corrupted.

Disappointed with this purchase. A lot of footage files don’t import and are shown as “corrupted”. Things like Optical Flares are missing so whatever in the end you have is very plain and black without colours. Even free stuff is better than this….

Hi I am having trouble seeing the Optical Flares effect so general effect is dark without the orange lights. Where do I get that plugin from to install it?

first of all, this things is beautiful, i really like it. but…i’ve got some problem, when i open the file a pop up came and told me that there are missing files.. so when i go one the screen if empty, and at the place of the graphics there are strange rgb color.. can you help me? i send you an email, thanks

Hey there, for some reason when i render out the clock only, the timer skips a little and misses numbers for some reason? Any reason why it keeps happening?
