I am having major performance issues with this file. All other projects are fine, but this one is unbearable work with. Any suggestions?

I can not navigate through the file without it taking 30+ seconds between clicks. This is still happening today. No other AE or PP projects do this. I’m on CC2018, all apps up to date.
Hi, you said this template is for Premiere Pro, I saw your tutorial but I only see AE files in the folder we download… how do you do to access the editig part within PPro?

Integration of video is carried out in After Effects.This was shown in the video tutorial.
