I sent an email to you weeks ago and didn’t get a response. I purchased this and it doesn’t work if you can’t resolve I need a refund. I have purchased other after effects animations and they all work fine. I get the same cache preview error and I can’t playback anything or export without error.

Hi, i’ve a problem with the project….there is a typical error of After Effect ``Cache preview playback requires at least 2 frames``that usually is fixed with the empty of the cache etc…..but with this project don’t work. I’ve a 2020 after effects exe, and i’ve problem only with that (possibly that is a error from conversion from mac to windows?). I want know if is possible to have a project for windows or upgrade to last adobe suite. Or, how can i fix it? ....because i can’t see the preview and i can’t render the file….i can (and i’ve do) only edit the file and see preview of single element but non for all the project.

hi ..first you need to edit it in after effects ,,, the render .. then you can import that video to daVinci resolve

Good morning. Sorry to bother you. I am a Novice at using Adobe but have purchased stuff from Envato and got through it. I was hoping this was going to be as easy as typing the text I wanted “Carter’s SuperHero Room” and I would be finished. Lol. Pretty sure I was wrong. Seems like it’s way above my head. Is it possible to just change text that easily? If not I don’t know because you are a master at it if it takes you a much shorter time if I could pay you to do it? Sorry I just feel stuck.

How long should it take to render.
That really depends on the pc you have. I don’t really remember how much it takes .i think a couple hours . why? are you having any problem?
the music also does not play what i loaded. it plays for around 6 seconds and then skips and ends

hi there. you should be able to open it in Ae cc 2018 . as for the fonts .. just install the missing fonts on your pc or Mac.

it hasn’t got a limit for characters.. its the space that is limited.. .the more text you want to add..the smaller it will be…. what do you want to add? what text is it ? .. I can just test it and show you.

When I open the project it ways I cannot save changes as the project is locked. Tried to save a copy and could change the text but still cant change the background colors. Why is this?
