Please help, isn’t working on AE CC 2019. I can’t find it in anywhere of AE CC 2019.
I Reinstalled the latest version of BP , it’s OK now.

Hi there! I purchased big pack and when I go to Windows>AEViewerBP, after I enter my purchase code it pops up with “unable to connect to internet” (when I do indeed have an internet connection) and then “invalid code of purchase”. I also tried to uninstall and reinstall big pack but was unable to find the folder to delete it. Im on Mac OS and using AE CC2017. Please help!!
Hi, Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Big Pack. It is available here: https://videohive.net/downloads If you will continue to have that “Unable to connect to internet” error, Big Pack will purpose you an offline activation so you will need to follow the instructions.
Have this same problem – every time I use this, my keyboard functions are dead until I restart AE. Anyone find out how to fix?

This Project is a time life saver. Thanks so much. I can change colors and sizes on everything except the titles. Is there a trick to changing the colors and sizes for the Title comps?

Hello. How can I get support? I have CC19 and titles animation markers don’t work at all. If I move in/out markers, animation still starts and ends at its original places. Thanks!

Hi, please assist. I bought this but couldnt find download link (only could see the “install for $20” link in the email sent from envato). i googled for download link to the pack and downloaded it from a website and it may have been a bad/old version . I try to open AEViewer in Adobe AfterEffects and I get “Whoops, cant find project folder. please contact the author.” i was able to finally find correct download link in my envato profile. Please assist me in how to proceed. thank you. I am on Windows 10 and Adobe After Effects CC 2018.
I bought this for urgent project. but too many script error (line 2), so it’s useless for me. very sad.

2. after just Run AE CC 2018 (no open any file), error appear.

Just purchased and using with CC 2019. None of the color changing is working properly under Effect Controls when the controller layer is highlighted. Any way I can get some help? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the help, A_White, but that option isn’t available under Project Settings. I saw that solution above in other responses. I’m not getting errors – it just isn’t taking the changes when I change the color.
