Hi,
I just downloaded random 800×800 72dpi image from internet, and tried it in “Fast Gallery” project, and this is how it looks: https://prnt.sc/lww58w
Imho, since the scale up factor is 187.5% it looks very good for me.
Placeholders in the project are 1500×1080 (not square) so the photos should be upscaled and cropped.
There is a way to make placeholders 1080×1080 and in that case scale up factor will be 135%. Not hard to do, but it’s a bit boring job. Please let me know if you buy the project and need any help, or if you have more questions before the purchase.

Do you mean extrusion?
If so, go to scene “scene 01 3d logo”. It’s located in folder “comps/scenes”. Select layers from #5 to #31, and disable them.

So sorry for late answer. I was in motel with totally useless internet. Im home now.
I thought if you rotate image in placeholder and rotate that placeholder in scene, it will be portrait oriented.
It can be done very easy in some parts (check timecoedes to see where are these frames from), here is only rotation:

Here is rotation, and placeholders 13, 14 and 15 should be moved little up, and 10, 11 and 12 little down. But at the beginning it require more project modifications.
So generally it can be done but require some time for modifications.
Maybe better try to find another project… :/
Next time I’ll keep on mind that buyers need portrait oriented placeholders too.

I don’t know how good are you in after effects, there are two simple and fast ways:
1. Duplicate one or more scenes with true comp duplicator, and add new scene in final composition
2. Customize and render project two times, once whole project and second time only additional part, and than combine them in one longer video
And 3rd, the slowest and longest way, is to create new scene, new placeholders and animate photos as you wish.

So you want to get rid of motion blur. You just have to disable it in all scenes.
Go to all scenes in folder comps/scenes and disable it.
No need to disable motion blur on all layers in scene, just disable it generally in scenes like on the image below.

Sorry Preset of the composition and cadency ? (ex: Hdtv 1080 24) because for me only it’s good it’s cadency 8 and 1080 Hdtv but it s to fast.. Thank for your help.

What is cadency?
If you’re asking for fps: in final composition ctrl+k and manually choose fps, you don’t need to choose other preset. I made project with fps 29.97, you can choose other if you want.
If you asking bpc, leave it on 16bpc to avoid banding.
If you’re asking for motion blur, go to each composition in folder comps/scenes, ctrl+k > advanced, and choose different samples per frame, I used 24 it’s more than enough, but change it if you want.
If you’re asking for compression, I can suggest you quicktime mov h264, quality about 80-90% will be most probably enough. For audio choose 44.100kHz, 16bit stereo, aac is fine for quicktime.
If I missed something please send me screenshot and show me what is cadency in after effects.

Yes, it’s very easy. This is part from help file:
- Change background color
In folder “_edit” double clik at composition “_background”. If you want different backgorund color just change colors in ramp effect applied at layer.



Actually there is only one solid layer with applied ramp filter on it, one color is bright gray, and another color is little darker gray, so just replace them.
