Hi, I need HELP please! I can’t figure out how to remove the background AND use the reflection. If I leave the “Scene #15 – Reflection.mov” layer on and turn the “BG” layer off inside of the Scene 15 composition, I end up with a black background. I tried a bunch of different modes for the reflection layer, in addition to the default mode “Add”, but nothing works. Thanks for your help!

Hi there, I love this product, however my motion graphics designer is having some issues with it in regards to resolution of the videos we inserted into the template. They are software demo videos and they were perfect resolution when created, but once placed into the template they become blurry and he cannot seem to find a way to fix this, saying it’s the settings in the AE file. I am looking to do an instructional video talking you through a programme. Example of this is how to log into the programme. I have lots of screen recornings and want to know if it is possible to drop these in? The screen recordings go for upto 2mins.

How do you slow down the motion of the laptop?
This animation of laptop – pre-render and included 30fps. Unfortunately, any slowdown in the scene – impossible, otherwise you will get an incorrect picture (intermittent video).
