I have Premier Pro version 12.0.0. When cc18 MOGRT is imported, it says you need to install After Effects as well. Is it normal?

1 ) The installation process the same for 2018.1 and 2019, and the same folder. Try please to find the “Motion Graphics Templates” like in tutorial:

2) all elements can be editable in premiere pro. “It just fails and says I need After Effects – which I have installed.” some bug from adobe – most often helps to complete the reinstallation of the adobe package.

I have done this DOZENS of times. It simply doesn’t work. There was absolutely nothing in my Common folder so I have created the Motion Graphics Templates folder and dropped everything in there. Premiere DOES NOT recognise them. I have checked the folder location 100 times. I have even tried adding directly to Package contents folder that some people have suggested when having trouble but this doesn’t work either. I am using 2019 and can only bring these in 1 by 1. Losing my mind with this. It’s insane. So disappointed with this right now.

never mind i found the issue for everyone who have premiere 2019 v13 and above use the 2019 update folder and place it under motion graphics folder not essential graphics. just sharing it for everyone who has the same issue as me.
