I am turning off the color effects, I also tried to turn down opacity. how do I remove the white color effect on logo? No matter what I do it still remains white. I know how to use after effects as well?

Do I insert the logo as another layer? If so, how do I get it to ‘shimmer’ like the rest of the background? Thanks!
