on your product library description, it’s written it works with Premiere Pro 2017. But reading from the comments & responds here, it works with 2019 version. So what are actually working & not working with version 2017?

I Just downloaded the Youtube package and NONE of the items is compatible with PREMIERE PRO 2019! I just spent over 40$ (33$ plus VAT) How is it possible?? I have sent an email , please help me resolve this issue.
