Hi there, I’m sorry to read you have problems importing the files. Unfortunately Adobe stopped the support of the codec I used and other codecs where too big for the envato file limit. However I have prores versions hosted on my personal cloud, which will work the current adobe product. Please write me a message through my profile page. These don’t seem to be supported by QuickTime anymore. I was able to open them in VLC, but I can’t export them to use them in a project. Do you have a more updated compression available?

I’m very sorry about this. Adobe recently stopped supporting the codec of the video files. So I needed to use a different codec. But now the file size is 12GB and envato want’s the file size to be less than 3GB. So I’m currently working on a different solution. But for now I have put it on my personal cloud. Hello I have the same Problem that I can’t use the files in After Effects (even I have quicktime installed) Is theres any solution? Ore is the only way to convert the mov file? What is the solution with the black color?

Hi Florian,
unfortunately Adobe has recently stopped the support for the codec of these video files. The problem I’m having now is that Envato want’s the download files to be less than 3GB. But with the other Alpha Channel Codec that Envato has allowed (PNG Alpha) the file size jumps to 12GB… I’m still working on a good solution with Envato but for now I have put them on my personal cloud storage. Anyway regardless which one you mean I have to look on my backup drives. Since I just moved to a new home everything is still packed in boxes. But I’ll have a look later. Hey Anton, you can’t open these in AE CC for Windows if you do not have Quicktime installed. Since the error message AE gives is rather cryptic, I thought you would appreciate the info and put it into the description. Thanks
