Hello, thank you for your purchase! Your Element 3d lost 3D models, you just need to make the scene relink. Open the settings for element 3d – file – relink, and specify the path to 3D models, they are in the project folder =) This often happens with element 3d =)

I purchased this,and after opening it on After Effects I’m getting a 3 messages saying: 2. Warning: This projedt uses fonts that are not currently available on this computer. It is used in the project, it is said in the project description and is specified in its parameters. I just purchased this template but have some questions after loading this up in AE. After purchasing the template, I see it uses Element 3D v2. Is this something I need to buy in order to utilize the template? Also do I have to have Adobe Illustrator in order to use this template as a 3d logo? Thanks for your help.

1 – If you have a logo in vector format you need only to copy a mask from an illustrator in After Effects on layer “LogoMask” (Select a logo in Adobe Illustrator, press CTRL + C, select the layer “LogoMask” in After Effects and press CTRL + V)
2 – If you want to use as the logo only text you can simply change the text in the layer “LogoText” and select the text layer in Element3D. (Scene/Element(Layer)/Element(Effect)/Custom Layers/Custom Text and Masks/Path Layer 1)
3 – If you need to use the image as a logo, simply place you logo in the composition 02.Placheholder, then go to the settings of the scene Element3d and activate “Logo 2” or “Logo 3”. (Scene/Element(Layer)/Element(Effect)/Scene Interface/Scene Setup)

My client bought the project here, sent me all files, but there are only gear models, no AE project in it. I need to get AE project so I can use camera movement and animation.
