Truly amazing work here! The complex build behind the layers is astounding. You can truly make anything you want. I’m very much looking forward to getting creating now that I’ve gone through all the tut vids. My only wish was the LEFT and RIGHT (hand, foot, eye…) corresponded with the character’s perspective and not the creator. All other platforms similar to this follow that structure and it’s made it a little antagonizing being used to other workflows. However, I’m sure I’ll get used to it. Maybe in the future some character templates like dogs, turtles, and other animals will be created for us to use. Excellent work you guys!!
Hi, thank you so much for your positive feedback! Very glad that you are really enjoying the toolkit
Very interesting that you have mentioned this, that was actually a dilemma back when we were designing it to see if we should take the users side or the character itself!
Also thank you for your suggestion, it might be a possibility to add in the future Should you like to add this message in the review section of the item, we’d really appreciate. Once again many thanks for your kind words!
Hello, I have a problem with animation and missing files. Files was extract properly and everything is there but after open project in Affter Effects animations don’t work. I have error message, for example : Missing:Character Animation Suite. What I have to do? I have After Effects CC.

Is it possible to send me a couple of screenshots of the problem, so we can identify any issues and help you out? You can take a few screenshots inside the project, showing the error message, etc. You can send them to me directly: stephanzammit@neuronfx.com
Many thanks!
Hello. It looks great ! Does it work with After Effect 2020 ?
Hi, thank you for reaching out to us! Yes of course, it works with all After Effects CC versions.
Great ! Thank you
You’re very welcome
Let us know should you need any help!
hi i have a question. is it possible to create your own character and apply the effects such as the auto lip sync. I thought that that was possible before I bought it, but I can’t see how to do that. I really like the idea, but if this is not possible I would like a refund, because I don’t need pre made characters.
Hi, thank you for reaching out to us!
You can import parts or whole characters designed in external software and use them with the included character rig & animations. This being said, as mentioned in the item description, not all functionality of the character studio will work with these, since you would be bypassing the character studio itself, this includes Auto lip-sycning, etc
If you would like to keep most of the features you can customize specific parts only, rather then changing the head completely, like adding your own images of hair styles, noses, beards, etc. This will give you a good level of personalisation, while still retaining all the advanced features that come with the toolkit.
In your case, what I would recommend, is to use your custom character for the body, then as for the head, you can build your custom head using the Head Design Studio, that is included with the toolkit. You can then still change most of the properties of the head with you own images, to make it even closer to what you want.
We have a video that shows you how you can do this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7P00gJ5HqqwAmazing project loved the work <3
Thank you so much for your comment. Very glad that you love it
Hi, i am youtuber and your toolkit seems to look awesome. I have a question about license. If i am going to use this toolkit to create videos for my youtube channel (it is not big, i am just starting), what type of license i should choose to use it prorerly in my videos?
Hi, thank you for reaching out to us! For youtube videos you can get the normal regular license
Quick question: does this or any other of your character animation packs work with Adobe Character Animator (2020 or any other version)?
Hi, thank you for reaching out to us! No these are specifically designed for Adobe After effects, and won’t work with Animator.
That’s a shame because they/re so well designed. And in After Effects it’s a really slow and unintuitive animation process. I get the benefits of working in AE, but character animator puppets would make life so much easier…
Hi Nick, thank you for your feedback, yes AE and Animator are quite different. This being said, since in the toolkit it comes with pre-rigged characters and with pre-made animations, etc, it facilitates the process quite a bit. Although I understand that if you are doing something like live broadcasting, AE might not be for you.
Hi, can you explain please, how to turn around the character. They are all looking to the left. I want them look to the right.
Hi, thank you for reaching out to us. Is it possible to contact us through the account that the item was purchased from please? As this is a step that is required to activate support from our side.
Many thanks.
Does this work on MacBook Pro 2019 and with the genre thing I do finance videos which covers a large amount of things so if I were to do a video on like how I meet a ceo of a Company would that be allowed or no ?
Hi, thank you for reaching out to us!
Yes it should work with Macbook Pro 2019. It of course depends on the specifications you have. We recommend at least 16gb of ram and an i7 cpu or better. The project is really packed with character animation features, so the more power you have the better. Of course keep in mind that since you would be using it on a laptop ,you need to allow some time for rendering and previews. Rendering normally takes from around 3 minutes per 10 seconds of animation to maybe a maximum of 10 minutes per 10 seconds.
As for the genre, yes this shouldn’t be a problem. The project has a section which has office design assets, like desk, computer, etc, so this might be useful.
Hope this is of help to you, of course should you need anything else let us know!

hi im really confused, so i just want to know…so every time you get a new client you have to purchase this toolkit again so that each client has their own license?
Hi, thank you for reaching out to us!
In the case of different clients, yes a new purchase/ license need to be acquired per client. It is recommended that when quoting for client work, you would add the cost of the license if you are using this product. As the license is for each end product produced. The exception for this is when the end product is a series of videos that are related to each other, where a single license can be used for the whole series.
Of course, this is the same with any Envato Market product, that has this license system. Hope this makes sense to you! You can find more information regarding licensing in the following link: https://videohive.net/licenses/standard?license=regular
its nice but the more i watch video training, i relise that its so hard to creat video animations because it seems take lots of time… Need to practise a lot and must have a strong computer, my computer dont work well, even 1 frame of sample, i need to wait long, thats why hard to creat even 15 second video for me…
Hi, thank you for your feedback regarding this. As for computer specifications, we normally recommend at least 16gb of Ram and an i7 CPU. We are always working to make it better even on lower end computers, but character animation in general is quite complex, and thus is quite demanding on computer resources.
Just a small tip: we have recently added a new feature called: Boost Performance. This will switch off head animations while you work, and should speed up preview performance by at least 2x. Then of course make sure to switch it on again before rendering or if you need to preview head animations. This feature is located in the Character Studio layer.
The power and efficiency of the toolkit comes when you start using the pre-made animations, since with these you will be able to stack different animations after each other, and create something unique quickly. We have really worked a lot on this one to make it as best as possible. In the help videos we have shown the best way to use the toolkit, and show most of the features, so I recommend to stick up to these for a bit longer, as it will really pay off. This being said, of course, if you have problems with anything or have any questions feel free to ask us anytime!
Thanks and regards, Stephan Zammit
Thank you for long answer, i gave you my 5 star already but still need to practice alot over it, i wish we wouls also have ready made animated actions package and also talking effect
Hi, thank you for your rating, we really appreciate! Can you give us more details on what kind of animated actions you would like to see? Maybe it is something we can work on in the future.
Also, thank you for your idea regarding the talking effect, it is a very good idea, and it is something that we will surely consider for future updates, to continue improving the product.
Many thanks!!
Hey! Sorry to say this but I am having the same Problem with other Mac book Pro user. It’s not working and I already Emailed you the problem. If the problem is not solved will I be able to get a refund ?
Hi, thank you for reaching out to us and for sending the screenshot over the email.
I had a look at the screenshot, basically this is something that you don’t need to worry about. You will find this part explained in the included user guide. This is basically a default notification message that After Effects produces, because you are opening the toolkit inside an old version of After Effects, and it won’t have an affect on the usage of the toolkit. So just ignore this message and use it normally as shown in the help videos.
Hi!! I just bought the product. 1- Please, Why does my auto lip sync not work? I have done everything the same as in the video tutorial and the mouth does not move. 2 – When open the template i find on screen 5 expression error , how to fix that thanks
Hi, thank you for reaching out to us about this!
Are you by any chance, using an After Effects version, that is in a different language other than English?
We just found out that there is a small issue with lip-syncing, when After Effects is in a different language and not English. The problem seems to be the After Effects language, when you create the new Audio Amplitude layer, it is in a different language, so After Effects is not finding it, since it is looking for its name in English. We have just found out about this yesterday, and trying to find a solution for it.
Is it possible for you to switch the language of After Effects to English, and see if that works for you? If this is not possible you can contact us via email, and send us a few screenshots with the newly created Audio Amplitude layer selected, this way we can know the language and tell you what you can do to fix the problem.
You can contact me directly on: stephanzammit@neuronfx.com
Many thanks, Stephan Zammit
Thanks so much that work correctly. I found some totu to change language of Ae on YouTube and boooom . very satisfy on product.
Hi, thank you for your comment. We have just updated the toolkit to fix the issue. It should now also work in other languages, just download the update and follow the included help video related to lip-syncing
Hello my friend, i like very much the preview, i have a question. Before buying I would like to ask you a question. Regarding the scenarios, I need to create offices, a city and a factory, bring enough elements to put this together? Thank you
Thank you for contacting us and for your interest!
The toolkit has a specific section for office and also city assets in the scene designer. As for the factory, there aren’t specific assets for this, but of course you can also drag and drop your own images and use them with the toolkit.
I think the best way to see most of the features that are included, etc, would be to check some of our tutorial videos. We have uploaded all the tutorial videos that come with the toolkit on youtube, so you can give them a look and see the whole project from the inside!
I am leaving a link for you here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLj2u0xlsUQfcg3MRc1rRomAj9adRIVHCj
The scene designer basically includes a good number of image assets that you can drag and drop and build up your own scenes. These objects are all ordered and organised in separate sections. Then it also have some titles, transitions and object animations. We don’t currently have a visual list of what’s included online, so I am attaching some screenshots for you with all the categories and names of the specific objects. You can find them in the following link:
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/f44ynqz09wgrzdd/AAAcMigEER75HOP-U3nCYvpGa?dl=0 Of course, let us know should you need more information!Hello, I had a big problem about your product. I just opened some character but head composition is not working.. shape is really weird… is it work on macbook well? if not, i wanna refund this.
Hi, thank you for reaching out to us! We’ll make sure to help you out get the most out of the toolkit.
Can you send us a few screenshots of the problem you have encountered, so that we see that everything is setup correctly and help you fix any issues. You can contact me directly on stephanzammit@neuronfx.com
Hi, can i animate an easterbunny with your Toolkit? BR Anna
Hi, using the character studio you can build a very large variety of characters, since it includes easy to use features to tweak almost anything in the character. This being said, an easter bunny might be a bit tricky, since it has long ears, which are not included in the toolkit. To create this, you can bypass the character studio and import your own images of the bunny, that you have designed in other applications, like illustrator, etc. And you will still be able to animate them using the toolkit, and use the pre-made animations.
Just keep in mind that when using your own images/ characters, you will loose some functionality, namely the Head and character studio related features, since you will of course be bypassing these. But of course you can still use the included animations and body rig, etc. The toolkit comes with a number of help videos that specifically address custom characters, and how this can be done. Of course, let us know if something is still not clear.
I am leaving a link to the help video here, so you can see if this is something that would work out for you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RmCX3_6epTQ&t=527s
Are you planning to have discount/sale for this year?
Hi, thank you for your interest. We do not have any sales planned out for this toolkit right now.
Thanks!
Can I suggest that you add arab costume character on the next update? That would be very nice. Something similar to this: https://previews.123rf.com/images/blueringmedia/blueringmedia1706/blueringmedia170600412/80089444-boy-and-girl-in-qatar-costume-illustration.jpgThank you!
Hi, that’s a nice idea! Taking note of this for future updates, we’ll make sure to include something similar!
Many thanks for your suggestion! In the meantime, although the toolkit does not currently have Arab characters, one can create something similar by adding the Hijab/ veil, behind the head. Of course, should you need any assistance in doing this, let us know!
Thank you so much! Have a nice day!
Wow! Thank you so much for the Arab character update. Gonna buy this asap!
Hi, thank you for getting back to us! Was just going to let you know that we have updated it, with the new characters. Great suggestion We will try to update the description with an image of them later on today, so you can see them before purchase
Hi!! Pleaseee, Why does my auto lip sync not work?
I have done everything the same as in the video tutorial and the mouth does not move. I need some pluging? I just bought the product.
Thank you!!
I have AE CC 2019
Hi, thank you for reaching out to us! You don’t need any other plugins, apart from the toolkit, so don’t worry I am sure we can find the issue and help you out as soon as possible
Can you send us a few screenshots of the lip sync composition, so that we see that everything is setup correctly and identify any issues.
You can contact me directly on stephanzammit@neuronfx.com
Many thanks! Stephan Zammit
Hello – congrats on the release! I am working with a vehicle history company. I am wondering if you have any car illustrations? I noticed the guy riding a bike, wondering if there are cars?
Hi, thank you for your interest in the toolkit. Yes the toolkit has 1 car illustration included. This being said you can of course also drag and drop any other image/ illustration in the toolkit and use it with the characters.
Hope this is of help to you, of course let us know should you need anything else!
