Thank you for getting back to me so quickly Cooreets. Thank you I had opened up all of the different colour files, not just the green one that I wanted, when I did this it worked which is great.
Just have another question, I have just purchased the same Audiojungle audio file that you have used (ie. Successful Journey) and am just wondering if you use the .wav or the .mp3 version of the audio? Is one more preferable than the other to use?
I have imported both files and have dragged them into the Main Comp area and they look all ok, but I cannot hear any sound when I do a preview of the audio to hear it to make sure it is working all ok before I render my composition. Do you know what might be the cause. Thanks a millon in advance, Heidi
p.s. your template is great, I cannot wait for our customers to see the finished product.
It’s better to use a *.WAV file, MP3 may cause some problems with the sound.

Hi Cooreets,
I have just downloaded your template and it’s great. However I’m having trouble with changing the background colour from orange to the green one. I am following your instructions in the PDF file but am not having any luck. I am a AE beginner so maybe I am doing something wrong. When I select the Main Composition under the Green.aep style, it is orange. I click on the Colour Adjustment tab and can see where the green colour is but I am having trouble how to change the background from orange to green.

Changing color is easy: 1. Go to the “Color Adjustment” tab in the timeline (“Color Adjustment” composition) 2. Select your orange layer (It should be called “Color 2 (Background / Placeholders)” in the timeline) 3. In Layer Styles->Color Overlay-> Color click on the color picker and pick your color.
Or just re-download your files again, which is easier

I’m trying to copy an earlier “scene” into the last part of the comp, but when I try to do this, it doesn’t show up. How do I fix this?

How exactly are you trying to achieve this?
My advice is – render the video first and then replace or copy scenes in Premiere or other video editing software (Movie maker should work just fine for this).
I think it’s much easier than to tamper with an AE project in that way.

Then you will need to reinstall your After Effects and it’s preferable that you download different installations files.
If the problem still won’t go away after you do that, then you might want to check your computer for viruses or other malware.

When I open the files I receive an error message that says I’m missing the “CC Radial Fast Blur” effect and need to install it. Where do I get that effect and how do I install it?

It seems that you need to reinstall your After Effects.
CC Radial Fast Blur is a standard plugin of After Effects since version 8, I think, so if you’re using AE CS4 or higher, you shouldn’t have that problem.
What version of After Effects you are using?

In order to do this follow these simple steps: 1. Expand the layer (Click on the little arrow on the left of the layer) 2. Then expand Layer Styles -> Color Overlay -> Expression: Color 3. On the right you will see an expression which will look something like “comp(“Color Adjustment”).layer(“Color 4 (Text)”).layerStyle.colorOverlay.color” 4. Click on it and delete it completely. 5. Use the color picker to change color of the element.

If I understand correctly what you’re trying to achieve, all you have to do is select the keyframes and move them (move right if you want extend the shot, left if you want make the scene shorter).
