hi bob, the Glitch Logo FULL HD project is amazing. I have purchased and downloaded it, but am having trouble opening it. I have Final Cut Pro X 10.4.6 but can’t open it. I get a message saying that it cannot be opened, what should I do?

The Files downloaded but i was not able to open the files once download was complete. I am frustrated and furious because i paid for a blank template.!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
Hello. Could you please describe more specifically what kind of issues you are facing? What doest it mean: “I was not able to open the files”? Please make sure you use FCP 10.4.3 or Motion 5.3.2 and above. It will be great if you could send some screens or short video to bobjacksonhive@gmail.com so I can assist you.
