Hello, the white box element doesn’t scale according to the amount of text I type in. Is there something I’m missing?

I emailed you via envato, but I haven’t heard back. I purchase this title template but I was not able to get it to work. I have loaded it and can place it on a timeline but the text never shows up.

is this works for CS6 too?
