Hello, I think the easiest way is to use “Hold”(Select Clip > Video Options > Frame Hold)

Hey Mr. Friend, I just bought your template and following items are not working. I’m using Adobe Premiere CC version 13.0 Eraldicon on a Windows 10 machine.

I actually bought it because of the first three items in the list, which are not working. They show 0 seconds duration in Premiere Pro. I cannot put them on any timeline.

Yeah, the others work fine. As I said the Comments Full ,Comments Replay ,Comments Small , Facebook 1, Facebook 01, Instagram, Twitter_01 and Youtube Comments are the ones that are not working. All others are fine. But I bought it because I need the “Comments Full” and “comments small” the most
That’s really strange. Looks like this is Premiere Pro bug. All elements should work fine. Can you delete those MOGRT files and load into premiere pro one more time?
Ok, I went the other route of importing them one by one. I get erorr message saying those files are not compatible with my version of Premiere Pro ( CC 2019 v. 13.0). But you clearly state on your items description that it works with Premiere CC 2019.
Please refund me. If it was for the other remaining files I could get it much cheaper on the internet. But I clearly dont need the ones which are working. Please refund me asap. Thanks

Hello, I’m having trouble with the masks not working properly. I’m nesting, using set matte, clicking the proper layer, and clicking luminance. Yet it’s either not working on some of them or it’s doing something totally weird. Can you help?
Also, there is no text source for making @mentions and #hashtags on Twitter posts. At least that is the case for Twitter 3.
And, same as the comment above from djpalan, there is no text for Facebook 1. Can you please give me a refund on this so I can buy the After Effects version instead? This isn’t working for me at all.

Question on the Facebook 1 file. There doesn’t seem to be a place to customize the Lorem Ipsum. Name, time, etc. are all customizable, but the text in the post can only change color and font. Am I missing something here?
Hello, I just checked. Everything work fine. Did you type your text into “Source Text” Panel?
That’s the problem. Every other piece of creative has source text, but the file labeled Facebook 1 doesn’t have the “source text” option. Happy to send a screenshot if that is easier.
