Hi is the color customizable with this pack? can i change the red and blue to other colors? TIA
Hello, yes the colors are fully customizable!
I was trying to simplify and modify the scoreboard for tennis. There seems to be a mask on width of the size of the scoreboard. Where is the mask located and in what comp? I just need to lengthen the width and add two more set scores for a total of three scores areas. Thanks.
Oops, this graphic will not work for tennis. It will not create keyframes when score changes. There are limitations on graphics length of time too. (10 seconds)
Will this work with CS5? on a Windows 8 machine?
Unfortunately, no. MOGRT templates require the Essential Graphics panel, which is only available in CC versions of Premiere and After Effects.

Could I just purchase a blank PSD of the scoreboard then?
These graphics were designed inside of After Effects, so a layered PSD doesn’t currently exist.
For us to be legally permitted to provide you with a PSD file, you’d need to purchase a license from Videohive to own these graphics, in adherence of Videohive’s licensing agreement
If you decide to go that route, let us know once you’ve purchase this item, and we’d be happy to export a layered PSD for you.
Let us know if you have any questions!

OK, a couple thoughts here … if you just green-screen the spots where I could type in, we don’t need it to be layered right? Also I’m unsure of the license thing you mention. I’m willing to pay for this item however it would work. I do have a VideoHive account and I’ve made purchases from creators over the last 4-5 years or so.
The graphics could also be exported as a flattened object on a transparent background, but that would significantly reduce your editing or customization options in terms of changing colors, etc.
Unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to make any alterations to the generic look of the graphics without charging a customization fee.
But ultimately, we’d be able to produce a file you could work with, whether it’s a layered PSD, or a flattened PNG, PSD, etc.
I don’t need to change colors. I just want to type in the scores and team names. Can you just do a version of that for me to work in CS5?
Sure, any flattened graphic will be compatible with CS5.
Can we do this? I’d like to get that asap. How do we proceed?
Sure! We’ve been waiting for you to purchase the item and notify us when you’ve done so as previously described.
Again, we won’t be able to provide anything to you until you’ve purchased the item, giving you proper access to the license.
With it being a holiday weekend, we’d be able to export the graphics for you this Monday, July 6th.
Once you’ve purchased the item, either email me at tyson [at] motion revolver.com, or just reply back into this thread so that I can verify the purchase.
Thanks!

Thanks for the help Tyson!
No problem Joey, thanks for your purchase! Let me know if you ever need anything in the future.
Hey, I bought this item and I am not able to get the graphics I was hoping to get. I only have two. one is a blue title page that was not advertised and the other is the scoreboard. Is this user error? Am I missing something?
Thanks for your purchase! Be sure to watch the included help documentation. The graphics need to be turned off/on using the Essential Graphics Panel, which the tutorial video covers.
Once you’ve familiarized yourself with the template, let us know if you have any further questions!
