Just purchased today. Template is awesome but I personally don’t like the way it’s activating the script. When I load the script, at first it say purchase code is blocked. After that I have to again enter user name and code. Every time entering user name and code is bit frustrating. Will be great if we have just activates it’s once. Tied of activating again and again.
Hello rahul thank you for your feedback. Your trouble is very strange because the activation window shouldn’t appear anymore when the script is activated. I figured this out. You must have an active internet connection to work it properly. Without internet connection its ask for username and code.
Marcobelli can you tell me how to increase the counter above 100%. if its not possible can is use my own counter and linked it with the location, can this possible or i can just linked the counter you provided. I have already bought amazing counter so i am willing to use those in this template. Waiting for your response. thanks

Hello in the corresponding composition you have to unhide the hidden layers pressing the “hide shy layers” switch. One of these layers contains an expression, simply find the “100” value and replace it with your value. Sorry if I can’t give you more details but I’m on holiday and I haven’t a computer to check the project.
I found this in hidden layer: “ease(time,1,2,0,parseFloat(thisComp.layer(“your value here”).text.sourceText));” if i edit 200 in this it just show 1 error and infograph is not following the numbe. is there any way i can use my custom callout in this template and linked it with location via “connect selected label to selected point” tab in script. i have custom callout and want to use it.
It is impossible to use 2 callout in your template as it comes over each other. i cant use counter and image info label at the same time. They both overlap each other. so i wanted to use my handy custom call out.

Hello thanks for purchasing this product. Just a couple of questions: are you able to see the animation with the ram preview? In other words, this problem just happens during the export task? In this case you could try to use a different export method, for example if you export the composition with adobe media encoder you could try to export it directly in After Effects (“add to render queue”) or viceversa. Then you can also try to use a different video codec. Hi! im trying to change the “lable” text animation to appear from right to left, my language is in rtl, how can i change this please?
im using Label 6 as the country lable and the letters reveal from left to right as it should in English. any work around that for right to left languages? Thanks Marco. hope all is well in Italy.

Please read the “username and purchase code” pdf file into the documentation folder. A common error is the username field. You have to type the same username that you use to login on videohive, NOT the license name that you read in the invoice. Furthermore pay attention to the characters capitalization. Can I ask if and how I can change the position of the camera so I can focus on Northern countries, like Norway and Greenland without half of the screen filled with dark space. Let’s say I want to look at Norway from a closer point to the north pole. Y axis is a little too much to the south as default. I hope I was able to express myself clearly. Now I have to customize labels. When I Alt + drag them, Connect Seletected Label to Selected Point doesn’t put the thing into perspective. It does it for premade labels though.

Hello the search box has been replaced with the list box due to an incompatibility with some systems. Now you just need to find the country to highlight from the country list box.
