Hi Anbin, Thank you for this great project and your work. I am experiencing a similar issue posted by ishu0711. I did everything you said in tutorial one and when I opened the project the scene is dark except for the screen and the announcer. When I open the scene in element 3D everything looks right. When I render it looks dark the way it is in AE. Can you help? Anywhere I can send screen shots?
I am using AE version 17.6.0 build 46 and element 2.2.2

Bonjours, je viens d’acheté Virtual Studio 103 à 41 Euros taxe inclu, mais ça ne fonctionne pas, j’ai installé adobe after effects 2020 et Element 3D, mais ça ne marche toujours pas, s’il vous plait, quand j’execute le projet il ya juste un écran noir qui sort, s’il vous plait aidé moi . merci
Hi I have a big problem. announcer Video is very edgy. If not in the original file. I took the following step: The announcer has jagged edges: -Select layer “TV Studio 103” -Effect Controls: Studio scene-Scene Setup-Scene-Group Folder-09_Announcer-114_Announcer-Advanced-Alpha Threshoid: 0.4 (set to: 0.2-1.0) But the problem was not solved! Thank you for your help.

Virtual Studio 103 works at Tricaster Da NewTek
Hi Anbin, Just bought your project. I am just getting a black screen, with some “lights” showing at the top. Same problem with all compositions. I have Element 3D v2.2.0.2100 installed. No error messages opening the project, but just a black screen. PLEASE HELP!!! I have a finished project due in less than a week! Cheers, Trevor
5.Without any warning, the scene is black. (Open Scene Setup:Missing Files:Element 3D detected missing files.would you like to relink them now?) -The model and the texture path are incorrect,Close After Effects and please follow the video tutorial 1 copy model and map to the specified folder.
Hi Anbin. It was my stupidity. I watched through your tutorial and it clearly says to copy the environment and models folders to the Documents/Element 3d folder. That fixed it! So my bad. If I could make a suggestion, if you modified the project so that all ofl the “announcers” always face directly toward the camera no matter where it’s placed, that would be really helpful. I’ve used a similar project that had this and it prevented distortion as you make camera moves around the set. Anyway, THANK YOU FOR AN AWESOME PROJECT! Trevor

First let me say nice 3D work. Looks like a lot of time and labor went into this. I’m having some trouble with my Announcer source flipping to other Screen sources during Render. Preview seems fine. Thanks
Hi, the compositing works almost well but while playing and during the rendering is extremely slow. About 2 hours for 3 minutes… My PC has a 16 core cpu @4,0 Ghz, 64 GB ram, and one AMD Radeon R9 200 Series. How can I fix this issue? It’s frustrating to work so slowly. For the compositing: is really the best I seen here. Can you help me? Thanks.

We are having a problem with our render time its taking very long 4 mins at 1hr we have a 32gb ram 17-8700k and a 1050 4gb gpu. Does anyone have any idea how to optimize it?
It depends on your project and your hardware.You can lower render settings in Element which would help lower the GPU requirements. https://www.videocopilot.net/docs/element2/troubleshooting/render_problems/
