I just tried to re-create your problems, but could not find any errors or problems with version 3.03 . You probably missed to migrate some settings or something. If the break apart works, the build up should work too. Both are pretty much the same.

Please make sure to migrate all settings on all green layers (Particle layers) inside the following compositions:

Logo_Breakapart_Animation Logo_Buildup_Animation Particles Shadow

Each of these compositions contains two particle layers (Particles_Build & Particles_Logo). Please make sure to migrate all of the Particular settings on these layers.

Sry for the delayed reply. I was on vacation. The sound file should be included in the download folder. You can just add it to the render composition.

Well you know it is a bummer because I bought your 3D animation and it did not work because of render problems (more than 27 hours), I even wrote you an email a couple of days ago through youtube. At the time I had the trap code particular trial and now it has expired. Just when I saw the new update on the logo I downloaded it and boom the red cross appeared… and obviously it is out of my hand to expend 400 bucks in the product…

I´m sorry for that. But Trapcode Particular has no working trial version. It always renders the red cross until you register – it´s written in the particular user guide. If you do not want to buy the plugin, I do offer customization & render services for my templates. Please send me a pm or a mail for more information.

Thanks a lot for your message and your support! I got a few render problems in the last weeks regarding this template. I do not really know whats going on, because it´s nearly three and a half years online and I never got these problems before. I did some research and I think it could have something to do with the Trapcode Particular plugin. Since a certain new version of particular (2.1.2 – I guess) the time reverse creates problems and sometimes crashes AE. I have no solution for that now. I will try to get out an updated version asap.

I managed to solve the problem by creating a new version of the template that doesn´t use any time remapping. The update should be released soon.

You can download a trial version of trapcode particular. Correctly installed that should work with the template, but it will render with a red cross on the screen as watermark. I also offer customization services for that template. Please send me a mail or pm for further details. Thanks!

Thanks for your support and sry for the troubles with the template. But there are obviously some misunderstandings here. The conversion of the aep file is normal if you open an After Effects project with a later version of AE than it was created with. That happens with any aep file. Trapcode Particular is a third party plugin, that never was included in After Effects. It´s written in the items description, that this plugin es needed. Fonts cannot be included in templates, because it´s not allowed to sell them with a template. But Myriad is an Adobe font that ships with Illustrator, Photoshop etc., so you should have it if you use an Adobe Suite. But you don´t need the myriad font to customize the plugin. You can use every font you want for the subtitles. If you have further questions feel free to write me a mail or personal message any time!

No, an extended license is still a single use license. So you still can create only one customized version per license which can be used in or as one end product. It´s not allowed to create multible end products with one license: http://videohive.net/licenses

Hello! The red stripes are watermarks of the demo version of trapcode particular. You have to purchase a lisence of trapcode particular to use it regulary. Then you can render without the red stripes. If you don´t want to buy particular, I can offer to customize the template for you. I took a look at your problem and you are right. There is a problem with the keyframe interpolation. I´m very sorry for that – I didn´t relize! But it´s really erasy to fix: Open the Logo_Buildup_Animation Compopsition, select the CamControl layer, press “u” to reveal the keyframes. The layer has 4 keyframes. the second and the third one (frame 111 & 132) are set to “Bezier” interpolation. This is the mistake. They should be set to “Auto Bezier”. Select each keyframe, right click and choose “keyframe interpolation…”. Set the first parameter from “Bezier” to “Auto Bezier”. This should fix the problem. If you don´t get it right, send me a personal message through my profile on videohive. Sorry again – I will replac the file with an corrected version soon!
