The audio got removed. How can I find it?

The drop smoke mov is not working on the Energetic Stamp

I’m having the same issue as eRazor1974. I purchased it and the smoke mov file is not supported in adobe (it works in quicktime etc) can you send it as MP4 or jpg seq? thank you!

I bought it today and the drop smoke.mov is unsupported on AE2018 and AE2019, I have QT installed and he read the file good but on AE it say error.. I put .mov format on QT by default. I tried all issues that I found on Adobe but none are working, can you send me the file in .mp4 please ?

I want to include the stamp in one composition of my own but I need the stamp to be smaller and I’d like to put it in the bottom right area of the screen. Will I be able to resize and move the stamp comp? or will I have some missing stamp area not rendered from the 3D soft? thanks
