I am so sorry. It works. But for me only in FHD not 4K UHD (shotted in 6K). And I was thinking that I have strong PC setup

Hi, For me, the installation path is a bit different than in the documentation. My path on Windows 10 is: C: / Program Files / Balck Magic Design / Davinci Resolve / Fusion / Templates / Edit / Transitions
The transitions don’t seem to be working for me. There are no previews and they all kind of fall into Resolve in a “big messed up pile of…” When I do try to add them blindly to get a visual, they don’t work either.

Hi! Thanks for purchasing! Unfortunately Fusion doesn’t generate previews for some categories of transitions. Hope Fusion Team will fix this issue in next updates. We are also working on creating previews, manually.
One question about the license. If I buy a regular or even an extended license I can only use these transitions on a single job? That makes no sense, right? What’s the point about this license model?

The transitions are taking an absurdly long time to render in Smart Render Cache. I try to play through them ten or more times and they still don’t play through. I have never had a transition work this poorly. These are far too unfinished to be sold. They are not drag and drop as promised, and many don’t work on anything but 30fps? Because the selling page says right on it that they can be used at any frame rate. How can I get a refund for this purchase? I am certainly not happy with it.
Also, it looks like it’s not possible to leave a review or review score for this product. Is this some kind of scam?
Hi! Thanks for purchasing! I am very sorry that you don’t like our package because of its render time and other reasons. The render time depends on many factors like resolution of footage, codec which was used to compress footage, your machine configuration etc. Please, send these informations to jumadilovich@gmail.com and i am sure we will solve the issue if it is on our side. All transitions use drag and drop method as said in the description. All transitions work in any frame rate and in any length except 2 categories. There are 15 transition categories in the package and only 2 of them have some limitations above. They are Zoom-Pan-Zoom and Zoom-Spin-Zoom categories. Transitions in these categories use 3 actions, first it zooms out then spins or pans and zooms in. If a transition with only 1 action takes about 1 second, we think the transition which has 3 actions needs 3 seconds. There are no ways to make their lengths editable, technically. We will definitely indicate this moment in the description, thanks for suggestion. Please, contact us.

these macros only work @30fps? not @24fps or other frame rates? please confirm…

You can import them as your other video/photo/audio footages. Watch video tutorial one more time, please. Restart DR. Light Leaks are **.mp4 files.
i know that’s the most weird part.
So i can play them (windows) outside of Da Vinci but when i import them in davinci they show up as “media offline”
Please write to jumadilovich@gmail.com i think we need to connect to your machine and see what is wrong with light leak footages. If you can play them outside of DR try to reinastall it.

Maybe reinstalling will help, i don’t know. Please write to Davinci Resolve Support. Ask them, why .mp4 files play outside of DR, but not work inside of it.

Hello. I purchased your transitions but they seem to dont work properly. transition kinda starts, that it screen goes black and then next clip appear. Some of the transitions are heavy and need render thou native transform tool works without any lags. Is there solution? the product isn’t usable.

Hi. I’m attempting to follow the ‘Pan From Bottom Smooth’ following the tutorial in the supplied files but I get the following error when I drop the effect between the clips:
Warning: Unknown tool found Name: AnimCurve2 ID: LUTLookup
I click OK and then there is the same warning for Name: AnimCurve2_1 and Name: AnimCurve1.
The transition becomes black.
Can you help?
The same error applies for ‘Split L&R’
for Rotate to Right and Blur Zoom there are always 4 black frames at the end of the transition.

Hi! Thanks for purchasing! Yes you are right, it is not compatible with DaVinci16 version as said in the description. You have to update your DaVinci Resolve to be able to use these transitions. As you know DaVinci Resolve is a free for download
I only realised after that there was a newer (v17 beta) version to the v16 I was running. Got it now and the project seems to be as good as promised. Thanks
