When I am on 00-Character Builder it doesn’t SAVE AS PRESET. I have Adobe AE 2022 and I installed all the files as in the video tutorial in my ScriptUI Panels….
I get this message below: Preset not saved due to After Effects write restrictions. Please follow the first step from the documentation in the plugin installation.

Hi!, I’m having problems saving emotion presets. It works almost perfect except the eyes, it shows them very low in Y, so they appear white. And, by the way, How can I delete emotion/animation presets?
Another issue I have just detected: “delete character builder” creates expression error because it is still looking for “00-Character-Builder__FemaleC” (layer “shadow_neck”)

Hello, we purchased the kit a while ago but now is the first time we want to use it. when we install the scripts and open up the 02 character composition we get expression errors 4 of 4 and sometime 4 of 62. We did activate the legacy javascript support too.

You can also try to change the javascript engine to legacy after you have opened or imported a template with a character.

How can I change the characters to walk to the right instead of the left? I want to change the character positions to the right. I can flip horizontally but afterwards the animations don’t display correctly. Animations only work well when the character is set to the left

Hi. You cannot do this directly in character animations, but you can flip horizontally the composition with the character in your scene. That is, initially you apply those animations that are in the pack and then make the reflection of the character in your scene.

Functionality with design presets is unlikely to have any problems only if something is changed in the character structure or the character is duplicated in the wrong way.

Hi. Yes it is possible. In the control layer with the character settings (“AinTrailers-Control__Children”) there is such a parameter as “Eyes__Scale”. With this parameter, you can make the eyes larger. If the maximum value of 85 is not enough for you, then you can change this limit in the expression for this property.
