This crashed my Adobe Pr 2022 when I attempt to use the .mogrt. Also the readme font that says to download, still does not work with this.

So, I purchased this and tried to install, but unfortunately 2 out of 3 couldn’t install. My Premiere Pro is slightly old because of the 32-bit limit & older Mac OS (High Sierra) 10.13.6. My Pr version is 14.8.0, and it won’t install the Lower-Third MOGRT and Side Panels MOGRT as it requires a newer Premiere Pro version – which I cannot install or update. Is there any way I can get an older version of it to help with this issue? I’m really looking forward to trying this out.

Hello,

Thanks for your purchase! Unfortunately, due to the advancement of features inside of Adobe’s .mogrt format file format, we’re unable to provide legacy versions of these kinds of files.

We always recommend to all customers to always work with the latest version of Adobe software to ensure full compatibility.

All the best,

Awesome! Thanks!

I can’t edit the timeline dates. The dates stay the same no matter what i enter in the “enter timeline years”-panel. I run Premiere Pro version 22.4.0 (Build 57) on Windows 10. Do you have any fix for this issue, please?

Hello,

Thanks for your purchase!

We’ve just tested the template inside of the latest version of Premiere Pro (v22.4, Build 57) and the Timeline Years appear to be editing properly. Here’s a confirmation.

Please confirm that you’re editing the years that are currently visible on the screen. If you have any additional questions please feel free to email us with further details at contact [at] motionrevolver.com

Doesn’t work properly in the current Adobe Premiere Pro 14.9.2 on MacBook Pro M1.

Horizontal mode: The lower third should move in TOGETHER with and linked to the exact timeline position. However both main date and text start building in a static position and the timeline meets that position when it stops from moving in. Looks very unprofessional. Not the product shown in the preview here.

Vertical mode: Same problem PLUS further very bad graphic errors! Not usable at all :(

Thanks for finally providing constructive feedback so that we could actually look into the specific problems you’re experiencing. It appears there may be some compatibility issues with the newest update of Premiere Pro, so we’ll have a fix coming shortly.

In the future, instead of irresponsibly declaring an item “unusable”, a much more productive approach would be reaching out to the author of an item to provide them with insight into issues you might be experiencing.

You’ll find that many authors are fully willing to work with you and resolve any potential problems.

As for requesting a refund, you’ll need to contact Envato Support, as authors do not handle anything in regards to transactions on any Envato marketplace.

Respectfully,

I believe my initial description was quite productive and yes, the item is unusable in its current state in the initially mentioned setup. I have not even upgraded to the latest Premiere version (15.0) you are referring to, which was released after 2 March 2021 (your last update of this product). That’s just a fact, not because someone is trying to make your product look bad. However, it may help buyers right now to look for some other item until these bugs are fixed. Bugs happen, but it’s quite frustrating when one needs something urgently and then it … just doesn’t work. No one said that authors are not willing to help.

UPDATE –

Version 1.1 has been released, correcting the issues outlined above.
