How do I get the tittles to show up? I’m only getting a black screen

I was worried about these comments saying that there is only black screens for them, but figured they weren’t installing the fonts. all of the fonts are installed and still over half of the templates are black screens. The media in and media out on the fusion page has red text which is not normal.

Hey Hura. How do I the exact fonts you’re talking about? My screen is black once I installed the Titles how I followed through your tutorial video.
Hey Yura any idea why resizing the titles makes it disappear into a black screen? I have the right fonts and everything but resizing the titles even a tiny bit will make it not work at all.
Hi, are you trying to make them shorter? If yes, this Davinci Resolve issue. The easiest way is to make a compound clip from the macro file and trim it like a video file
Thank you for this work around, if I want to speed up the animation I would have to edit it in fusion I guess right? Some other titles retime speed automatically when resizing the length.
To speed up, you can compound macro file and use time remap to speed the clip
I got an issue when I export the video it says “The Fusion composition on the current frame or clip could not be processed successfully.” It happens at the very last frame and the titles is working on screen.

Hi, I purchased your very cool cinematic titles but many are not showing when pasted on the timeline. They just appear as a black video. What could be the problem? I’m using Davinci Resolve 18 on the Mac. Do I need the DRFX installer or what?
Hi, you need to install all fonts from the list. Otherwise, you will have a black screen. A second option is to change fonts in the macro manually in the Inspector Tab.

Hello! I just bought this one, but there is one issue. I tried to put the texture node to Macro tool node on the Fusion tab, It’s not applied to inside of whole text, just the texture goes to the background, not soak into the text itself. I connected the image node to the Macro tool as you guided on the tutorial, but It doesn’t work. Please let me know the solution! Thank you.

All fonts are free, and I provide links where you can download them. I can’t include them into the project due to copyright law

So, a week ago i purchased this title pack and yeah … it’s cool, BUT some titles are a mess, because it looks all messed up with grfic and/ or letters and there also titles where i don’t see nothing. And they are animated in and out – how can i stop that? Thanks for an info

The simple step to drag and drop the titles in fusion does not work. in Da vinci 18, the goal of. this purchase and not to spend more time trying to make them work, otherwise I do them by hand…

Hi, Please, uncheck “Stop Render when a frame or clip cannot be proceed” in Davinci Resolve – Settings – User Tab – UI Settings
Nope, that just gives me a full second of black screen after the title. Sucks.
Can u preview macro on the timeline without any problems? Also, you can try to set Render Cache to None
At this point, I just did the titles by hand. I don’t have enough time to troubleshoot the template.
What exact problem do you have? Black screen or render issue?
When render cache is set to none, it renders a back screen right after the titles. I stopped using Cinematic Titles, it just wasn’t working no matter what I tried.

I followed your video, I have placed your files in the appropriate title folder, and yet they do not show in the program, Not sure why they are not showing according to the video tutorial provided, Made multiple attempts restarting the Mac & My Davinci software, do you have a fix to this issue?
Hi, Sorry about that. You can try to copy macro into this path: Library\Application Support\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve\Fusion\Templates\Edit\ Let me know if it works now.
DaVinci 17.2 required a ”.DRFX” File to be created. I’ve attempted to create and install but I’m still getting an error. Look up DRFX file. Are you familiar with this process?

when I put the title on the TL, it’s black. I have to use a composite mode to see the title. Why is it showing on the timeline like you show in the tutorial? I am using DR17. Please reply quick
Hi, black screen in 99% of the cases is caused by fonts. Please make sure that you have installed all of them. Also, you can manually change them, in the Inspector tab. But make sure that you changed all of them.
