I’d like to buy this template but first I want to know if it is possible to turn this into full HD since this is only 720p? It’s amazing to me that nobody asked this before

When I open this project the first dissolve from black to the first scene looks grainy, do you know why or how to remove this grain from the project?

If you want to remove the grains follow these steps :
1- Open the project file in After Effects and go to “Main Comp”.
2- There is a layer at the top called “Weavy Lines Removal”,you need to disable it by clicking on the eye icon on the left.

Unfortunately you can’t open it if you don’t have After Effects cs4,cs5,cs5.5, or cs6

great video, Now im a newbie to after effects and I have two questions. How do I export it and how do I move the text tagline up for more words at bottom. I watched video on how to export and I selected Quicktime. When I go to watch the video I get “Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file.” Thanks!
Windows media player cannot read the video if you don’t have quicktime codec on your computer.just download quicktime and it’ll work.

Hi,actually i’m not a wordpress expert.but i think you can upload it to youtube or vimeo,and use JWplayer on your WP theme to display the video.but i think it’s better to ask that in themeforest forums,or ask the author who sold you the WP theme.best wishes.

Maybe this is happening because you’re using After Effects with a diffirent language than english to open the project,change After Affects language to english and try again.

I downloaded the file, but the project file is not opening , how do i use this ?
Do you mean the ZIP file or the AEP file ? if it’s the zip,check the program you’re using to open archieved files,but even windows can open zip files,if you’re talking about the project file itself (the AEP file) then make sure you have the right version of After Effects,the project was made in After Effects CS4 ,so if you have an older version than CS4 you’ll not be able to open it.
